• You must be 18+ years of age in order to use any of our services.

• Clients between the ages of 14 and 18 wishing to use our Sunless Spray Tan or Red Light Therapyservices must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on their first visit.

• Clients under the age of 18 wishing to utilize Sunbed services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must present a physician's prescription for their first visit.

• You may use any of our 45+ locations as long as you have a finger scan on file.

Bronze Bucks -salon credit that can be used towards any product or service.

Bronze Bucks can be earned through the Desert Sun referral program. For every friend you refer into a salon, you can earn $20 in Bronze Bucks (new referrals only). Bronze Bucks are unlimited, so the more friends you refer to a salon, the more rewards you can earn! New referrals will receive one full week of unlimited tanning in Silver level beds.

Bronze Bucks are also earned through the Desert Sun Stay N' Save program. If you’re not using your membership, request to have it placed on “freeze” using our Stay N' Save option. Your monthly dues are reduced to just $5 (plus tax) for each month you’re on Stay N' Save. Every dollar you pay into Stay N' Save will be given back to you in the form of Bronze Bucks. Use your Bronze Bucks anytime towards in store purchases.

Rewards Memberships -Accounts are debited on the 1st day of every month. All rejected monthly membership dues will be resubmitted to the bank for approval on the next three proceeding Fridays until the dues are approved

Adjustments to membership status must be made in person at the Desert Sun salon where you signed up. Requests to Freeze, Cancel, Reactivate, or Upgrade your membership require a completed and signed authorization form available at the salon where your membership was purchased.

Freeze, Cancel, Reactivation, or Upgrade requests will not be considered official unless accompanied by the proper authorization form available at the salon where you purchased your membership.

The last day to request any changes to your membership for the next month is the 25th. Changes requested after the 25th will not go into effect until the following month.

Cancel -Cancelling your Rewards Membership can be done by visiting the Desert Sun where you purchased your membership and completing the Cancellation Request form. Requests to cancel your membership for the next month must be received by the 25th. Requests received after the 25th will go into effect the following month.

Freeze -Freezing your Rewards Membership places a hold on your Rewards Membership, you will:

• Have a monthly EFT rate that drops to $5 per month for the duration of your Membership freeze which will be converted into Bronze Bucks on a monthly basis, and can be used on any service or product at any time. They do not expire.
• Be eligible for discounted tanning sessions while your Rewards Membership is frozen.
• Retain your Rewards Membership rate for the life of your Membership (frozen or activated) unless you cancel.
• Be able to freeze your Rewards Membership for as long as you like.
• Not be subject to future Membership rate increases, or joining fees when you reactivate your Rewards Membership.
• Maintain your Rewards status, but will not receive monthly Rewards during your Membership freeze.
• Have a pro-rated reactivation price based on your regular Rewards Membership monthly rate, and the day you choose to reactivate.

Updating card Info -Update your credit card information by visiting the salon where your Rewards Membership was purchased. Updating your credit card information will require a new EFT Authorization form. All copies of Desert Sun authorization forms are available by request via email.

Products -If you are not completely satisfied with your Desert Sun product:

• May be exchanged for in store credit within 7 days of purchase
• No cash refunds will be given for retail products
• Product must be at least ¾ full
• Refund credit does not expire

Services -If you are not completely satisfied with your Desert Sun service:

• We'll refund any unused portion of your package or membership within 7 days of your original purchase date.
• The unused portion will be calculated at a pro-rated amount of your original purchase, based on tans used in your package and/or days left in your membership.
• Please allow up to 14 days for a refund.
• Rewards Memberships (EFT) the 'purchase date' is considered the day you signed up for your membership, NOT the date of the last billing.

Clients who notify Desert Sun within 30 days of the date billed are eligible for refunds if an error was made by a Desert Sun employee while processing cancellation and freeze requests. A copy of your completed and submitted Cancellation or Freeze Form is required as proof. No adjustments can be made on accounts incorrectly billed past 90 days.
