Products - At Desert Sun we maintain close relationships with our vendors in order to offer the best quality, and largest variety of product as an authorized retailer. When shopping from unauthorized retailers you may run the risk of receiving counter-fit, expired, or even used product. As an authorized retailer we ensure that the product on our shelves comes directly from our manufacturers and guarantee that if you are not fully satisfied with your selection, we’ll gladly find you a better suited product. 

Services - Whether you've signed up for a membership or purchased a few sessions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your decision. If, for any reason, you are not totally happy with your purchase please us know.

Spray Tans - Our goal is to provide the perfect Sunless Spray Tan every time. If for any reason you are not absolutely delighted with your first Spray Tan experience we invite you back as our guest to try it again, on us. In order to service all of our clients equally, we must limit your complimentary Spray Tan to one per client, for your experience with undesired results.


Refund Policy

Products - If you are not completely satisfied with your Desert Sun product:

  • May be exchanged for in store credit within 7 days of purchase.
  • No cash refunds will be given for retail products. 
  • Product must be at least ¾ full.
  • Refund credit does not expire. 

Services - If you are not completely satisfied with your Desert Sun service:

  • We'll refund any unused portion of your package or membership within 7 days of your original purchase date.
  • The unused portion will be calculated at a pro-rated amount of your original purchase, based on tans used in your package and/or days left in your membership.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for a refund.
  • Rewards Memberships (EFT) the 'purchase date' is considered the day you signed up for your membership, NOT the date of the last billing.

Clients who notify Desert Sun within 30 days of the date billed are eligible for refunds if an error was made by a Desert Sun employee while processing cancellation and freeze requests. A copy of your completed and submitted Cancellation or Freeze Form is required as proof. No adjustments can be made on accounts incorrectly billed past 90 days.
